ESTEE ZANDEE

Estee Zandee has written, edited, and collaborated on more than a dozen books and worked in the publishing industry for ten years, including five at HarperCollins Christian Publishing. She specializes in developmental editing and serves publishers, agents, and authors through writing, editing, book concept development, as well as coaching and consulting. With a degree in Professional Writing, Estee speaks at universities and writers conferences. When she’s away from the desk, she can be found outdoors hiking or making a mess in her art studio. She lives with her husband in metro Detroit.

Carl laferton

Carl Laferton is the author of the bestselling kids book “The Garden, the Curtain, and the Cross,” as well as “The God Contest” (forthcoming) and the adult titles “Original Jesus” and “Christmas Uncut.” He studied at Oxford University and worked as a journalist and a teacher before joining The Good Book Company, where he now oversees the editorial and design departments. Carl lives in London with his wife Lizzie and their two children. He serves as an elder at Grace Church Worcester Park.

Amy Simpson is an acquisitions editor for Moody Publishers. She’s also a former publishing executive, an award-winning author, a speaker, and a leadership coach. She has more than 25 years of experience in Christian publishing. Amy holds an English degree from Trinity International University, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and CPCC certification from Coaches Training Institute. She loves to travel with her husband, Trevor, their two teenage girls, and their lovable dogs, Rosie and Sam. She lives with these wonderful folks in the suburbs of Chicago.

Andrew T. Le Peau is a writer and an editor living in the Chicago area. His most recent book, “Write Better,” was the Christianity Today 2020 Book of the Year Award, Culture and the Arts. He was the long-time associate publisher for editorial at InterVarsity Press where he worked for over forty years. His other books include “Heart. Soul. Mind. Strength.” (IVP) and “Mark Through Old Testament Eyes” (Kregel).
